- This implementation began with the bulk migration of approximately 900 existing contracts stored in a PDF format.
- Updraft deployed an internal team to review each agreement, capture defined reporting data and then integrate the documents and associated metadata with the system for contract management and data security purposes.
- The project also includes the drafting automation and management for the company’s core agreements across all jurisdictions (Europe, the USA, East and West Africa).
- Agreement categories included master service agreements, credit and customer application forms, pricing schedules and relating contracts.
